I'd rather you buy with your eyes open than buy and regret it. So before you enrol: read the full curriculum on the course page, read the FAQ, and if you still have a question, email [email protected]. I answer those myself, during working hours.
The exceptions are honest mistakes, not change of mind. If you're charged twice, or you purchased the wrong course, email [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase and I'll correct it.
Access issues (a lesson won't load, a download won't open) aren't a refund matter. Email and they get fixed.
